Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges unrelated to defects may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

A 20% restocking fee may apply depending on the reason for the return or exchange.

Ordering the incorrect item or model

Requesting to swap items after an order has shipped
Shipping & Fees

Once a tracking number has been created, shipping costs are non-refundable, as the shipping label has already been purchased.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Returned items must be in unused and undamaged condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Delivery Issues

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered.

If your package shows delivered but was not received, please contact the shipping carrier first and then email us so we can assist.

If an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout and the package must be reshipped, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Because many of our products are 3D printed and made to order, custom or personalized items may not be eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us if you have questions before ordering.
